These black handlebars are full 1-1/4 outer diameter. Handlebars are 1-1/4 at riser area and require 1-1/4 inner diameter handlebar riser. These are drilled for internal wiring. Bars are indented at the grip area. The wire hole is located at the underside of the bar. *NOTE: For fitment application purchase 1-1/4 risers separately.
